What You’ll Do

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify client needs to recommend the right insurance products and services for home, auto and financial service products.
• Work closely with the Agent to set and achieve marketing and sales goals.
• Present solutions to potential clients and help them make informed decisions about their insurance and financial needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales experience in outside or inside sales, retail, or telemarketing is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal, written, and listening.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client interactions effectively.
• Property & Casualty and LLQP license preferred, or willingness to obtain one (licensing tuition reimbursed).

Compensation

• Base salary is $45,000 + commission + bonus

• Potential earnings: $80,000–$130,000 (base + commission + bonus)
